Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Dip Mug work?

It's very easy: put pieces of chocolate in the mug, light a tea light candle underneath, and wait a few minutes for it to melt. Then dip fruit, cookies, marshmallows, or whatever you like. It has a capacity of about 130 ml of chocolate.

How do I clean it?

Once cool, wash it with warm soapy water. If the chocolate has hardened, let it soak for a few minutes in hot water.

Why should I shop at Dip Mug?

The mug arrived perfectly packaged. It looks great, just like in the photo. I've wanted one like this for a long time to make fondue, I am very satisfied with the purchase.

A perfect mug as a gift, it looks nice and elegant. It arrived in perfect condition, well protected in a Styrofoam box and wrapped in bubble wrap.
